Hi Mischa, I'm not an expert on this, but I'll gladly suggest Four Season's afternooon tea! This one has been tried and tested by the local Japanese crowd, so it can't be wrong. It's available from Mondays to Saturdays, 2-5pm. They serve freshly baked scones, assorted sandwiches and pastries. The sandwiches aren't all vegetarian, but the pastries & scones are. It's cheaper than St Regis at SGD37++ or SGD55++ with a full glass of Veuve Cliquot non-vintage champagne. Try to avoid Saturdays, and reservations are recommended. :) Hope this helped!

Hi,your site was very insightful and i thought i could test my luck by seeking your advice for the best traditional afternoon tea experience in Singapore. Want to treat my best girlfriend to a lady's day out and i am so confused by all i have read. I would like a really traditional experience and not the hi-tea kind. My friend is a vegetarian so it will be nice to have just fantastic scones with great pastry choices. Thank you in advance for your help!
